Our mission is to provide transparent, accurate, and immediate information for products and services needed during the process of buying, selling, or refinancing a real estate property.

TitleClose was introduced in 2015 to assist with compliance to  federal real estate mortgage lending regulation changes called TRID (TILA-RESPA Information Disclosure), which informs consumers applying for a mortgage and defines compliance rules for lenders.

We established a national network of title, closing and escrow providers so lenders, consumers and Realtors could easily access fees and services offered through these professionals, adding transparency to a process that had previously been.

We also provide title agents with branded fee service calculators and mobile apps for utilization in their own websites to offer the same 24/7 access to information.

In 2021, we added to our offering of services to encompass more of the entire real estate buying, selling and refinancing process:

  1. In March 2021, we offered buyers, sellers and those seeking to refinance their homes a view to the financial facts associated with their transaction – if buying, an estimated monthly payment along with the sum of cash needed to close; if selling, the estimated net proceeds associated with your transaction; if seeking a cash out refinance, an estimated monthly payment along with the amount of cash one would be receiving at closing.

  2. May 2021, we added a network of home services, such as home inspectors, movers, home repair and many other items needed during the home buying and selling process.

  3. July 2021, we added a network of notaries that can provide not only real estate closing services, but also many other notarial needs.

  4. July 2021, we added access to homeowner’s insurance quotes, which is typically a requirement when purchasing a home.
